Do you shipped to my area ?

We are trying to make sure that every person who is a part of our CRAFT family can order from our website online. So we've joined up with shyplite and Rocket ship to take advantage of their comprehensive network so we can provide you with service. If your pin code is out of distribution area for some reason, please contact us and we will try to see if we can use a local courier to help you.

Is COD open for my location? 

COD relies on our courier partners for coverage. If your position is not protected by COD we recommend that you make an online payment to validate the order.

What are your shipping charges?

For all orders above Rs. 500we offer free shipping. We charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.50 for any orders under Rs. 500.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

If your order is put before 13:00 your order will be processed on the same day. The order will be issued before the next working day after 1 pm. The order is delivered within 24-48 hours of ordering it. We ship via Best Carrier Services and the final destination normally takes a period of 5-7 working days to reach.

​How can I view the status of my order?

Your order receipt, payment and address information will be sent to you by email.
After receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming the shipping of your order. The email also provides information on carriers and trackers as well as a connection from the Courier website to show the approximate delivery date of your order.

• We have issues during shipment. We have to contact you via e-mail or telephone


Taking delivery of my order:

Please test the packaging for damage when it is delivered. If the box looks broken or incomplete, do not accept the order. Prior to paying the COD sum to the courier individual, no COD orders can be released for inspection. Also ensure that only cash is billed.
Note also that the items must be checked within a fair period of time following receipt. You shall be considered to have accepted the products unless within three days of receipt of the goods you have notified us of any harm. Borosil shall be liable to the risk of injury, loss or harm to the goods and obligation to replace them during transit before the point of order is delivered to you.


Unlikely shipping delays:

If there is a delay in delivering your order for any reason, we will try to notify you in advance that your order's contact information. In the unlikely case of not being able to completely ship your order in 7 days from the date of your order, we will inform you of the same and request that you confirm your delivery of the items required for your order. In this situation, the investment is reimbursed in the manner in which you made the investment against the unexpedited portion of the contract.
